Chapter 27:-

Tl note:-
Welcome folks~
I had missed the author’s note on previous chapters, it’s there now.

“Aurora!”
“Uh, uh?”
“Are you okay? Stay with me!”

Something warm wrapped around her and gently shook Aurora. Before she knew it, the light had subsided, and her eyesight, which the light had blinded, had returned. She looked around and saw Yule on the floor, rolling around like a caterpillar and moaning.

“I-I’m ok.”
“Don’t overdo it.”

Hearing a familiar low voice brought relief and slowly awakened her brain. Led by the maids, she was taken to a small room, attacked by Yule, and when she was cornered, she called for help, after which light appeared.
(–That’s right, the light.)

“What on earth has happened?”
The owner of the voice – Felix, frowns at Aurora’s faint voice and whispers in a low, gruff voice.

“That’s my line! I thought it was strange that you hadn’t returned, so I excused myself from her Highness and Marquis Loomis and went looking for you, but then the magic stone activated……Aurora, that wound!”
“Hmm?”

There was no way that she could have been hurt. Aurora tilted her head, but was startled when she felt bony fingers stroking her forehead. Headbutt? Was it because of the headbutt? The collar of her formal dress had a badge and a clasp on it, and her hairstyle for the evening party exposed more of her forehead than usual, so it wouldn’t be surprising if she had a scratch.

“This is, um…”
“That bastard…”

‘It’s because I headbutted him with all my might,’ was hard to say. Felix, not knowing what was on her mind as Aurora stammered, quickly rose to his feet and punched Yule in the cheek, who had just raised his body from the floor.

“Felix-sama?!”
“You!”

Yule, who responded in a fit of pique, is a knight despite his rottenness. A wobbly but well-trained fist grazes Felix’s cheek. The eyes of two slightly drunken men, blue and purple, burning with anger, crossed in a violent flash.
From there, it was a horrible brawl.

It was Yule who moved first.
His upper body swayed, and his dominant leg moved out with a speed that makes it hard to believe that he had been lying on the ground and thrashing around just a moment ago. Of course, Felix was not the kind of person who would get held by something like that. He jumped back, not caring about the weight of his shaking formal wear, and the next moment, when it seemed like he was going to land backwards, he had already jumped up.
The raised fist was narrowly dodged just before it could hit Yule’s jaw, but the moment he bent down, Felix’s knee landed on his stomach. Yule was blown away and crashed into the wall, but he didn’t give up; instead rolled over and delivered a kick to Felix’s knee.

(Wh-What a terrible drunkard’s quarrel….!)

Their brawl continued in front of trembling Aurora.
They don’t use magic or weapons because they know they could kill each other. But they are knights, Elite Imperial Knights. Felix and Yule, of course, are excellent knights, even if they have problems with their personalities. Even with their bare fists, it can’t be said that they have low killing power.
With each ominous bang, things on the desk flew off, chairs toppled over, and vases broke.

(Ahhhh, expensive-looking Chinoiserie pottery….beautifully embroidered tablecloths…)

The men of the Porta Frontier Knights also often got into fights when they got drunk. They were much rougher and more quarrelsome than Felix and Yule.
However, they were also ‘used to fighting’ and knew when to back off and how to beat their opponents with little damage to their bodies. The knightly order also has a set of ‘penalties for fighting (private fights),’ and even if they accidentally get too heated, the people around them know how to stop them. In fact, they would just laugh and let it go, saying, ‘Oh, here we go again,’ because of the festivals, competitions, and exercises.
But it seems that is not the case in the Imperial Knights, which is made up entirely of men who grew up in aristocratic families. In Aurora’s eyes, they were clearly not ‘used to fighting’. Their fists were almost serious, and if they were careless, they might even shatter each other’s skulls. Aurora had no idea how to stop them.

(Wh-what should I do…..)

Before they knew it, their formal attire was tattered, and their long, beautiful hair was now a mess. Their good looks were ruined.
However, between Felix, who was only a little drunk, and Yule, whose body had already accumulated damage, it was clear who had the advantage. Before he knew it, Felix’s fist had slammed into Yule’s stomach, sending him flying like a piece of paper, slamming into the tapestry-hung wall and collapsing in a heap.
Felix’s military boots clattered loudly as he walked towards Yule.

(Ahhh, you shouldn’t!)

Felix looked down at Yule with a completely blank expression on his face. His face, which was neither evil nor indignant, seemed to indicate the depth of his anger, and a cold chill ran down Aurora’s back, even though she was not the one receiving it. With his white skin and white hair, and his dark blue formal attire, which looked black in the dim light, depicted him like the Grim Reaper. His palm glowed and something moved. Aurora panicked and jumped into his arms.

“Felix-sama! You can’t! You must not deliver the final blow! He will die!”
“But”
“Don’t worry, I’m fine! My chastity is safe! And the scratch on my forehead is my fault for headbutting him!”
“Still”
“Don’t kill him!!”

Felix still seemed unsettled, and as he looked down at him, Aurora became impatient and ran over to Yule, blurting out to Felix-.

“I’m the one who has a grudge! I should be the one to hit him!!”
“Guh!”

Squeeze.
Aurora quickly decided that hitting him would hurt, so she stepped on Yule’s back as he lay there. The weight of Aurora, whose figure was by no means dainty, pierced Yule’s spine.
Felix, who had opened his mouth in disbelief, finally came to his senses when he heard Yule groaning under Aurora’s dress.

“Yay!”
“Ugh…”
“Lady Aurora, Loomis will die…”
“Yep!”
“…Ah.”

“Ok, that’s enough!”

As she stepped on him, a feeling of resentment welled up within Aurora, and she instinctively dug her heels into him, but a clear voice like the wind blowing across the plateau stopped her. A moment later, there was a loud slam! The heavy double doors opened with a loud bang. On either side of the doors stood the pale-faced maids who had just led Aurora through the doorway. And in the middle of them, a brunette woman, accompanied by a man in a black robe, stood in an imposing position.
The woman looks at Felix, who has stopped moving, and then raises the corners of her mouth in satisfaction as she enters the room in a relaxed manner. She was limping a little, as if her right leg was injured, and she was holding a silver cane in her right hand. Her movements were slow, but her gestures were elegant and yet majestic, reminiscent of a lioness. (Tl:- yep it’s Mereoleona)

She was tall for a woman, but her curves and milky skin that hadn’t tanned are unmistakably of a female, and her tied-up chestnut hair is glossy. She wasn’t a stunning beauty, but her well-formed features were somehow androgynous and dignified; if she were to wear men’s clothing, it would make girls squeal with pleasure. And more than anything, her bright, intelligent purple eyes shone brightly, pointing to her status.
The dress she was wearing was a royal purple, and it didn’t need a corset as it was loose and fitted her body line, but the draping spread out generously from mid-thigh, greatly reducing the burden on her legs and body while creating an elegant silhouette like a large purple lily. The embroidery was, of course first class, and there was not a single fake among the stones scattered on it.

She is none other than Her Highness the First Princess Memoria and the Third General of the Kingdom of Welbum.

Author’s Note:-

The tension in this story doesn’t last long (as if it’s someone else’s story).
Felix’s “Fundamentals” are “Me”
